closable
Returns closable sticky banner size with the given width.
The size is calculated exactly as for sticky, the difference is the banner type reported to the backend: a closable sticky banner is rendered with a close button.
The API is unstable and may change without a deprecation cycle, so it has to be enabled explicitly with @OptIn(ClosableStickyApi::class).
